Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement supplements and incorporates the Terms and Conditions.

9.1 Seller Eligibility

To sell on the Platform, you must:
(a) Be at least 18 years old;
(b) Have a verified account;
(c) Select a pricing tier;
(d) Agree to all Platform policies.

9.2 Pricing Tiers

See Section 1.6 of the Terms for current tier structure and fees.

9.3 Tier Benefits and Limitations

9.3.1 Tier 1 Starter

(a) 1 active listing per month;
(b) $15 flat fee per completed sale;
(c) Seller handles all communication;
(d) No spread model;
(e) No full service.

9.3.2 Tier 2 Pro Seller

(a) Up to 10 active listings per month;
(b) Percentage commission;
(c) Seller handles buyer communication;
(d) Seller handles negotiation;
(e) No spread model.

9.3.3 Tier 3 Power Seller

(a) Unlimited listings;
(b) Guaranteed Minimum Payout model;
(c) Platform retains 100% of spread;
(d) Percentage commission on final sale;
(e) Seller handles marketing and negotiation;
(f) Platform handles buyer communication.

9.3.4 Tier 3 Pro Plus Elite Agent

(a) Unlimited listings;
(b) Guaranteed Minimum Payout model;
(c) Platform retains 100% of spread;
(d) Percentage commission;
(e) Full service: marketing, negotiation, communication, photography.

9.4 Guaranteed Minimum Payout (Tier 3 and Pro Plus)

Seller sets a Guaranteed Minimum Payout at listing. This is the minimum amount Seller will receive upon successful sale. Platform markets the Item and retains all proceeds above the Guaranteed Minimum.

9.5 Listing Requirements

Seller must provide:
(a) Accurate title and description;
(b) Accurate condition;
(c) Mandatory dimensions: Length, width, height (inches);
(d) Mandatory weight: (lbs);
(e) Minimum 3 photos (maximum 20);
(f) Special requirements checklist: two-person lift, truck/van, stairs, towing, hazardous material;
(g) Tier 3 and Pro Plus: Guaranteed Minimum Payout.

9.6 Listing Accuracy Warranty

Seller warrants and represents that:
(a) All information is accurate;
(b) Seller has lawful title to sell;
(c) Item is free from liens and encumbrances;
(d) Item is not stolen or counterfeit;
(e) Item is not subject to any third-party claim;
(f) All defects have been disclosed.

9.7 Prohibited Items

Seller may not list:
(a) Illegal items;
(b) Controlled substances;
(c) Weapons, ammunition, explosives;
(d) Stolen property;
(e) Counterfeit goods;
(f) Live animals;
(g) Human remains;
(h) Hazardous materials (without disclosure);
(i) Recalled products;
(j) Items infringing IP rights;
(k) Sexually explicit materials;
(l) Any item prohibited by law.

9.8 No Double-Dipping

Seller shall not sell, transfer, or encumber any Item subject to an active order or payment plan to any other party.

Violation consequences:
(a) Permanent Account termination;
(b) Forfeiture of all pending payouts;
(c) Liability for Buyer's losses;
(d) Liability for Platform's damages;
(e) Possible civil and criminal liability.

9.9 Pickup Availability

Seller must:
(a) Maintain accurate availability calendar;
(b) Have Item ready during scheduled window;
(c) Provide safe access;
(d) Not add last-minute conditions.

9.10 Payout Terms

Payouts are released after:
(a) Successful delivery;
(b) Buyer acceptance or inspection window expiration;
(c) No open dispute.

Payout methods:
(a) Standard ACH: Free, 2 to 3 business days;
(b) Instant Pay: 2.5% fee.

9.11 Taxes

Seller is solely responsible for:
(a) All income taxes;
(b) Sales tax collection and remittance where applicable;
(c) Self-employment taxes.

Platform will issue Form 1099-K where required.

9.12 Reposting Fee

If Buyer rejects Item due to Seller error:
(a) Seller charged 25% reposting fee (minimum $15);
(b) Deducted from future payouts;
(c) Repeated violations: suspension.

9.13 Termination

Seller's Account may be terminated for:
(a) Repeated misrepresentation;
(b) No-shows;
(c) Double-dipping;
(d) Fraud;
(e) Violation of any Platform policy.

9.14 Survival

Sections 9.6, 9.8, 9.11, and 9.15 survive termination.

9.15 Indemnification

Seller agrees to indemnify the Platform from all claims arising from:
(a) Seller's listings;
(b) Misrepresentation;
(c) Product liability (for food or goods);
(d) Regulatory violations;
(e) IP infringement.
