(e) Courier Data: Driver's license, insurance, vehicle registration, background check results.

2.2.2 Automatically Collected

(a) Device Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers;
(b) Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, click patterns;
(c) Location Data: GPS coordinates (Couriers during active deliveries only);

(a) Background check results (Checkr);
(b) Identity verification (Stripe Connect);

2.3 How We Use Information

2.4 Payment and Payment Hold Data

Payments are processed through our third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers. We do maintain records of payment holds, releases, refunds, commission calculations, wallet balances, and withdrawal history necessary to operate the Platform and to comply with financial recordkeeping obligations.

2.5 Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

For EU/UK users, we process data based on: (a) contract performance; (b) legitimate interests; (c) legal obligation; (d) consent.

2.6 Information Sharing

We share information with:
(a) Other Users as necessary for transactions (addresses are never shared between Buyers and Sellers);
(b) Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal);
(c) Background check providers (Checkr);
(d) Cloud hosting providers (AWS, Google Cloud);
(e) Email and SMS providers (SendGrid, Twilio);
(f) Analytics providers (Google Analytics);
(g) Law enforcement when legally required;
(h) Successors in a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell your personal information.

2.7 Data Retention

We retain data as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations (typically 7 years for tax/transaction records), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Deleted data may persist in backups for up to 90 days.
