Cancellation Policy

5.1 Buyer Cancellation

5.1.1 Before Courier Assignment

(a) Full refund, including all fees.

5.1.2 After Courier Assignment, Before Pickup

(a) 50% refund of item price;
(b) Delivery fee forfeited;
(c) Courier receives partial cancellation fee.

5.1.3 After Pickup

(a) No cancellation permitted;
(b) Buyer may reject during the inspection window (see Refund Policy).

5.1.4 After Acceptance

(a) No cancellation; sale is final.

5.2 Seller Cancellation

5.2.1 Before Courier Assignment

(a) No penalty;
(b) Buyer refunded fully.

5.2.2 After Courier Assignment

(a) Seller charged 25% reposting fee (minimum $15);
(b) Buyer refunded fully;
(c) Seller's account flagged.

5.2.3 Repeat Cancellations

(a) 3+ cancellations in 30 days: Account suspension review.

5.3 Courier Cancellation

5.3.1 Before Pickup Window

(a) No penalty if 12+ hours' notice;
(b) Reduced payout if <12 hours.

5.3.2 During Pickup Window (No-Show)

(a) Courier forfeits delivery fee;
(b) $25 penalty;
(c) 3 no-shows in 30 days: Deactivation.

5.3.3 After Pickup

(a) Not permitted except for documented emergency;
(b) Contact support immediately.

5.4 Platform Cancellation

We may cancel any order for: (a) suspected fraud; (b) prohibited items; (c) legal compliance; (d) technical errors; (e) User breach. Full refund will be issued.

5.5 Subscription Cancellation

5.5.1 Seller Subscriptions

(a) Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime;
(b) Access continues through the paid period;
(c) No prorated refunds for partial months;
(d) Grandfathered rates are lost upon cancellation and re-subscription.

5.5.2 Buyer Subscriptions (Future)

Same terms as Seller subscriptions.

5.6 Payment Plan Cancellation (Splitzy Pay: Future)

5.6.1 Buyer Cancellation

(a) Buyer forfeits all payments made;
(b) Item returned to Seller;
(c) Seller receives Re-list Reimbursement.

5.6.2 Missed Payments

(a) Days 1 to 3: Grace period;
(b) Day 4: Late fee applied;
(c) Days 5 to 6: Final retry;
(d) Day 7: Automatic cancellation.
