Return Policy

4.1 No Returns After Acceptance

Marketplace Couriers operates on a "No Take-Backsies" policy. Once the Buyer accepts the Item (or the 5-minute inspection window expires), the sale is final. Returns are not accepted.

4.2 Why This Policy Exists

(a) Items are peer-to-peer sales, often of used goods;
(b) Inspection is done before the Item leaves the pickup location;
(c) Photo evidence is captured at pickup;
(d) This protects Sellers from buyer's remorse;
(e) This protects Buyers by ensuring inspection before acceptance.

4.3 Transit Damage

Claims for damage in transit are handled under Section 3.4 of the Refund Policy. Pre-pickup and post-delivery photos are used to determine what happened.

4.4 Legal Requirements

Where state or federal law grants a return right (e.g., certain consumer protection statutes), that right is preserved.

4.5 No Return Shipping

Because returns are not accepted, no return shipping is provided.
